What is your favorite thing about dentistry?
I love creating connections with patients and being a part of their journey from initial treatment to maintenance throughout their life.
If you weren’t a dentist, what would you like to do?
I would open a cafe or bakery. My first and favorite job was working at a local coffee shop in my hometown!
How do you stay up to date on the latest dental techniques?
I take continuing education courses, attend conferences, and regularly read the Journal of Periodontology to stay up to date on the latest techniques and advances in the field.
What charity or organization are you most passionate about supporting?
Missions of Mercy which provides free dental care to underserved and rural areas in Virginia.
What do you want patients to say about their experience with you?
I hope patients feel comfortable, educated about their periodontal status, and empowered to make the best decisions for their oral health.
