What days do you see new patients?
We see new patients Monday-Friday.
How long will my comprehensive oral evaluation take?
This appointment will take about 60 minutes.
How much will my comprehensive evaluation cost?
Many times your dental insurance will cover your initial visit in full. If you do not have dental insurance, we recommend enrolling in our Dental Wellness Savings Program.
How do I transfer my dental records to River Run?
It’s simple to transfer your dental records to our practice. Call our office and request a copy of a records release form. After you sign and return this form we will request your records be sent from your current dentist. If you would prefer, you can contact your current dentist directly and request that the records be sent to our office or e-mailed to us at [email protected].
Do you accept Medicaid?
Unfortunately we do not accept Medicaid at this time.
Do you treat children?
Yes! We recommend that children first see us around age four (4).
Do you offer financing options?
Yes, we participate with Sunbit. We also offer a dental wellness savings program.
Do you have a referral program?
We consider a referral from our patients one of the highest compliments we can receive! We do have a referral program called Introductions. For more information, please click here.
I’m pregnant. Can I come to the dentist?
Not only is it safe to come to the dentist when you are expecting, it is recommended. Studies show a correlation between severe gum disease and preterm labor so regular dental visits will help you avoid the risk. Please just inform our office that you are pregnant prior to being seen.
Do you accept any DMO or HMO plans?
We do not accept any DMO (dental maintenance) or HMO (health maintenance organization) plans.
